Where Real Life Meets Real Truth: Singles Bible Fellowships
Our Singles Ministry Bible Fellowships are ideal times to meet weekly and share with other singles from the Knoxville area as we apply timeless principles to our modern-day environments so that Christ may be known to the world. It’s where singles see real life meet real truth.
Join us in one of the following classes:
Oasis (for single parents; meets at 9:30 a.m. in room E-2210. Led by Don Wilson.): Singles who are parents face unique challenges with finances, raising children and finding time to form meaningful friendships. This class offers a ministry to singles through biblically-based instruction addressing many of the pressing matters parents face and helps singles grow in their faith.
Crossroads (co-ed for all ages; meets at 9:30 in rooms E-2230-2231. Led by Dustin George.): Meet with other singles in a large group setting for a time of practical Bible study as we apply truths across all generational lines, because everyone has something to teach and something to learn. Singles, come experience life and ministry at the Crossroads.
The Bridge (20's class; meets at 11:00 a.m. in room E-2217. Led by Paul Lewis): It's hard sometimes for singles to make the transition to "real" adulthood after college. Many choices and options exist for singles, and discerning God's will is sometimes difficult. Come connect with other twenty-something singles in a relaxed environment focused on seeking God's best.
Path (30's class; meets at 11:00 a.m. in room E-2215. Led by Ted Carver.): As singles, we juggle numerous things: maintaining a career, spending time within our social networks and trying to make a lasting contribution to society. Get involved in this ministry and accept the challenge of serving God alongside friendly singles for a positive, eternal impact.
Journey (40's class; meets at 11:00 a.m. in room E-2214. Led by Eddie Newman.): Singles find that each step moves us farther along in our personal spiritual walk, and it helps to have faithful travelling companions. Forty-something singles will discover a great place to belong as they grow with others and undertake an exciting adventure with God through quality Bible teaching and personalized ministry.
High Ground (50's class; meets at 11:00 a.m. in room E-2204. Led by Richard Fink.): Following God often takes us as singles to places we would not expect, but the experience we take from those moments proves valuable beyond measure. This class explores God's work in our lives and helps singles develop a deeper loyalty and trust in Him.
