The day begins at 8:00 a.m. in the SHBC worship center and most projects will be complete by 1:00 p.m.

SERVE KNOXVILLE

Join us at one of our 16 service projects this year. We will start at the Sevier Heights Worship Center at 8:00 a.m. on July 22. Most projects will be finished by 1:00 p.m.

Ministry to Knoxville’s Orphans

Project Description: Participants will learn how to care for Knoxville’s orphans through information and foster parent testimonies. You can learn how to support foster families or learn how to take next steps if you are called to foster care.

Critical Care Hospital Ministry

Project Description:  Visit critical care waiting rooms and minister to the families who have sick or injured family members.

Project Description: Participants will serve the Knoxville homeless by preparing hygiene bags and delivering them to a local homeless shelter. They will also write encouragement letters to homeless shelter residents.
